I must say, I am pretty darn proud of myself for not smoking for one week. It sure wasn't easy but I managed. Although, it seems this time it isn't nearly as frustrating as last time. I did good with the urges. I didn't get a lot of them but when I did they came on strong. Like I had a little voice in my head that kept saying "Go ahead, smoke just one...". Those usually came when I was at work. It's all good though, I get one little sniff of a smoker and I remember that I used to smell like that and my urge goes away. Makes me want to hurl, lol. Not to mention the amount of money I'll be saving, it's sick!Labels: Daily Thoughts, New Year Resolutions
